A dedicated project team will assist you in the Clinical Development area with anything from writing a clinical summary report to creating an entire clinical trial protocol.  In the Regulatory space, our project experts can provide help with anything from an annual report or prior approval supplement to an entire IND/NDA/BLA submission.  In the GMP Manufacturing arena our teams of experts can help manage anything from IQ/OQ/PQ validation or deviation investigations to developing a master plan for a tech transfer or full production scale up.

Contract to Hire

There are several scenarios that may exist in which case the best approach is a contract to hire approach.

  • If an organization has identified the need to bring on additional talent in a full time capacity but some trepidation exists due to budgetary uncertainties or potentially unsustainable workloads, this situation can be managed through a contract to hire engagement.

  • If an organization has a contractor on staff, that is nearing the end of their contract term and that person is deemed to be invaluable, the situation may be addressed with a contract to hire solution.

  • If a candidate is interested in getting the most in depth understanding of a potential permanent employment opportunity prior to becoming employee, this can be attained by a contract to hire solution.

Since every situation possesses its own unique set of circumstances, the terms of a contract to hire solution are tailored to reflect these intricacies.
